Concrete doesn’t have to be boring

The Tesla showroom, office, and service centre in Wellington is a large 3,500m² building constructed on a precast beam foundation within a gravel raft, designed to suit the site’s poor ground conditions. Precast panels were also installed at the rear of the building to provide slip protection due to the unstable bank behind the site. This was a highly innovative project, delivered through an efficient and well-managed build process that ensured everything ran smoothly and was completed on time.

This large-scale commercial project featured 17 versatile units, designed for a range of uses including offices, showrooms, warehousing, distribution, workshops, and storage facilities. As a key partner in the construction of this industrial park, in total, we delivered a 5646m² reinforced concrete foundation and supplied and installed 564 high-quality precast panels. Our expertise in both foundation solutions and precast manufacturing played a crucial role in meeting the project's demanding timelines and quality expectations.

We’re proud to be part of the exciting work happening at Morgan’s Golf Course on Paekakariki Hill. This is not only a 9-hole facility for golfing enthusiasts, but an art exhibition on another scale on the adjacent site. We have been working alongside Morgan’s design and delivery teams to provide the concrete bases that the art installations sit on, an ongoing project that has a lot of concrete and steel involved to give these pieces that longevity they deserve.
